Betting on Leeds United
Leeds are often involved in open games, so goals markets can be popular. Say a bookmaker offers 2.40 on a Leeds home win, 3.40 on the draw and 3.00 on the away win. Those prices imply chances of 41.7%, 29.4% and 33.3%, which total 104.4%, so the margin is 4.4%. A €10 bet on the draw at 3.40 returns €34.00, a €24.00 profit. The prices are illustrative, not a quote. Our guide to how betting odds work walks through the sums.
Before you bet on a Leeds United match, check for team news, because line-ups are announced about an hour before kick-off and prices often move.
