Sign-up offers can be good value, but the terms decide whether they are. Before you claim anything, check these points in the operator’s own terms.
Qualifying bet
Most free bet offers need a first bet of a set size at minimum odds. The free bet is paid after that bet settles, not when you place it.
Stake returned or not
Free bet stakes are usually not returned with winnings. A €10 free bet at 3.00 pays €20 profit, not €30.
Minimum odds and expiry
Offers often set minimum odds for the qualifying bet and an expiry date for the free bet, sometimes only a few days.
Wagering requirements
Some offers, especially casino bonuses, require you to bet a multiple of the bonus before you can withdraw winnings. A €50 bonus with 10x wagering means €500 in bets first. Check whether the requirement covers the bonus alone or the deposit as well.
Restrictions
- Some payment methods can exclude you from an offer.
- Some markets or games do not count towards wagering.
- There may be a limit on how much you can win from the bonus.
Offers are for new customers aged 18 or over and can change without notice. If the terms feel unclear, skip the offer. Never chase a bonus with money you cannot afford to lose.
