Lottomart is an online lottery betting and casino brand, and this Lottomart Ireland review sets out what the Irish Revenue Commissioners’ register, the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland (GRAI) notices, the UK Gambling Commission register and the public record show about its licensing, regulatory history, products and customer feedback. Lottomart lets you bet on the results of lottery draws rather than buy a lottery ticket, which is not the same as playing the National Lottery, and we explain the difference below. The pages we could read on Lottomart’s own site were its UK-facing pages, so we could not confirm what applies to Irish accounts, and where we could not verify something we say so. Punter Ireland has no affiliate or commercial relationship with Lottomart at the time of writing; nothing here implies a bonus, deal or partnership.

Pros
  • Confirmed on the Irish Revenue Commissioners’ register of licensed remote bookmakers (reference 1022284, Maple International Ventures Ltd, trading name WWW.LOTTOMART.COM), and the same company appears on a public GRAI notice of intent to apply for a remote betting licence
  • The licensee holds a UK Gambling Commission licence and Gibraltar licences, and publishes responsible gambling tools including deposit limits and time-outs
  • Trustpilot is strong: 4.5 out of 5 from 12,723 reviews, with praise for game choice, promotions and support
  • The UK settlement in 2025 was published by the regulator, with cooperation and an action plan noted as mitigating factors
Cons
  • Maple International Ventures agreed to pay £360,000 to the UK Gambling Commission in September 2025 over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings, so the regulatory history is recent
  • We could only read UK-facing pages on Lottomart’s own site, so its Irish payment methods, limits, welcome offer and GRAI statement are unverified
  • Lottery betting is not the National Lottery, prizes are set by the bookmaker, and the practice is openly challenged in Ireland by the National Lottery operator
  • The apps we found are UK listings; we found none in the Irish App Store, and casino access for Irish accounts under a bookmaker licence is not confirmed

Lottomart Ireland licensing: what the licence actually covers

Lottomart in Ireland is run by Maple International Ventures Ltd. The Irish Revenue Commissioners’ register of licensed remote bookmakers, which we read directly (the version we checked is dated 30 June 2026, and we checked it on 10 October 2026), lists Remote Bookmaker’s Licence reference 1022284 for Maple International Ventures Ltd under the trading name WWW.LOTTOMART.COM, with two named nominees and a Gibraltar address at Suite 23, Portland House. The register does not publish licence start or end dates.

An earlier stub version of this page called the Revenue register the “GRAI public register”. That was wrong and we have corrected it. The document we checked is published by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, which has licensed remote bookmakers since 2015. The GRAI is a newer regulator that began issuing remote betting licences from 1 July 2026. We found a GRAI notice of intent to apply in the name of Maple International Ventures Ltd, listing the licence type as Remote Betting, with a newspaper publication date of 19 March 2026. A notice of intent is a step in an application and not a licence, so we treat the Revenue entry as the confirmed evidence and the GRAI notice as supporting context.

Scope matters. This is a betting licence. The register does not list which products it covers, and we could not find an official statement that spells out how it applies to bets on lottery results. Ireland also has no gaming (casino) licences yet; GRAI is expected to open them through 2027 and 2028. Lottomart advertises slots, live casino and table games on its UK pages, but we could not confirm what casino content, if any, is offered to Irish accounts, and we do not treat the Irish bookmaker licence as covering casino play. Another small point: Lottomart’s UK terms give the company address as Suite 23, Portland House, while the UK Gambling Commission register shows a head office at Suite 651 Europort, Gibraltar. We do not know the reason, and we mention it so you can check the entity name and number for yourself using our guide on how to check a bookmaker is licensed.

Who owns Lottomart

Lottomart’s UK terms name Maple International Ventures Limited, a Gibraltar company (number 115236), as the operator, and trade reporting in February 2026 describes Maple as the operating company behind Lottomart. A company database lists the brand as founded in 2017 and Gibraltar-based, with an investor named, but an investor is not necessarily an owner and we could not find a published ownership structure. The UK Gambling Commission licence is effective from July 2018. We found no evidence that Lottomart shares an owner with LottoGo, the other lottery-led brand we review: the two have different licensees, different regulators of record (Gibraltar for Lottomart, Jersey for LottoGo) and different UK account numbers, and we do not assume a link.

Regulatory history you should know about

The UK Gambling Commission public register shows Maple International Ventures Limited, account 51833, with a remote licence (reference 051833-R-329042-008) covering casino, general betting and linked gambling software, active from 20 July 2018. The register lists one regulatory action against the company, which trade reporting describes as follows:

  • September 2025: Maple International Ventures agreed to pay £360,000 in lieu of a financial penalty, in an order reported on 17 September 2025. The Commission found anti-money laundering failings: the risk assessment omitted several key risks, controls for duplicate and linked accounts were not always effective (one player got round automated checks by swapping the order of their first and last names and was caught only the next day), and there was a delay between identifying a risk and acting on it, so some customers whose identity was not fully verified kept transacting past the due diligence threshold.
  • Same settlement, social responsibility: monitoring of customers for signs of harm was not always effective, harm indicators were described as inadequate (for example some large wins were followed by high staking), and policies did not define strong indicators of harm or link them to automatic action. The periods covered ran from mid-2023 to October 2024.
  • Mitigating factors: Maple cooperated fully, accepted the failings early and put an action plan in place. The Commission also said it found no evidence of criminal spend or of funds from sanctioned individuals, but that Maple was aware of some system issues before being contacted.

We found no Irish regulatory action against the licensee, though that is not proof that none exists, because Irish enforcement information is limited. A fine in 2025 is recent, and the failings (customer protection and money laundering controls) are relevant to any customer, which is one reason our trust score is a 3 and not higher.

How lottery betting differs from buying a National Lottery ticket

This is the most important thing to understand about Lottomart. When you buy a National Lottery ticket you are entering the official draw, which is regulated separately under the National Lottery Act 2013, and your stake feeds the official prize and good causes structure. When you bet on a lottery result with a bookmaker you are not entering that draw. You are placing a bet with the bookmaker that certain numbers will come up in a draw run by someone else, and the bookmaker pays you if you are right.

  • No official ticket: in the common betting model nobody buys a ticket for you and your numbers are not entered in the official draw. Some firms act as ticket resellers instead, so check the terms for the product you choose.
  • Payouts are set by the operator: the bookmaker fixes prizes in its own payout table, as it fixes odds on a match. They can be lower than the official prize and top prizes can be capped. Read the table for each game before you stake. Our guide to how betting odds work explains fixed odds.
  • Good causes: the National Lottery operator argues that lottery betting diverts money from good causes. Irish bookmakers dispute that and say lottery-result betting has existed for decades.
  • Different protections: a lottery bet is a bookmaker’s product, so your account, your limits and the bookmaker’s terms apply, not the National Lottery’s rules.

Lottomart’s UK page lists lotto betting on international draws including EuroMillions, EuroJackpot, Irish Lotto, Mega Millions, Millionaire for Life, US Powerball and Super Enalotto. We could not read its payout tables, so we cannot tell you what it pays on a given match or whether top prizes are capped. The legal debate is live: in 2018 a Minister told the Dáil that officials were reviewing the impact of online lottery betting sites on the National Lottery, and in April 2026 the National Lottery operator publicly called for bookmakers to be banned from taking bets on draw results, citing its own estimates of lost sales. We have not verified those estimates, and the bookmakers’ side disagrees. Check the current position before relying on the product.

Products and markets

From Lottomart’s UK pages, the site offers slots (including Megaways, Slingo and progressive prize titles), live casino and game shows, table games, crash and instant games, online scratch cards and lotto betting, with a claim of more than 4,000 games. Third-party UK reviews give lower game counts (between about 3,000 and 4,000 in different places) and name providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play and Play’n GO. These are UK descriptions, so treat game numbers as unverified for Irish accounts.

We found no sportsbook with football, racing or GAA markets. If you want those, see our betting sites page. If casino play is why you are interested, remember there are no Irish gaming licences yet; our online casino guide and slots explainer cover what that means, and our casino hub lists what we review.

The Lottomart app

The UK App Store shows an app called “Lottomart: Slots & Lotto App” sold by Maple International Ventures Limited, with a 17+ age rating, an average of 4.3 out of 5 from about 1,800 ratings and version 3.365.1 released in January 2026. Lottomart’s UK site also says it has Android and iOS apps, and a third-party review gives a Google Play rating of about 4.5. A search of the Irish App Store did not return a Lottomart app, and a direct lookup for that listing returned nothing for Ireland, so we cannot confirm that it is available to you. If you find one, check the seller name matches the company above, check the age rating and read recent reviews. Store ratings come from a self-selected group and say little about withdrawals or support.

Signing up

  • Registration is on lottomart.com or in an app if one is available to you, with identity and age verification (18+) before you can withdraw and often before you deposit.
  • You will need to confirm you are resident in the Republic of Ireland. We could not check whether Irish registration, euro accounts or Irish cards are supported, since the site pages we read are for UK players.
  • Expect photo ID and proof of address checks. Upload documents early, because the regulator’s 2025 findings concerned customers who kept transacting before full verification.
  • Set deposit limits during registration and review your marketing preferences before finishing.

Our step-by-step guide to opening a betting account walks through each stage.

Payments

Lottomart’s own payment pages were not readable to us, so we cannot confirm methods, euro limits or processing times for an Irish account. Two third-party UK reviews, used as context only, list Visa and Mastercard debit cards, with one adding bank transfer, and both say e-wallets such as PayPal, Skrill and Neteller are not accepted. They disagree about withdrawal times (from the same day to five days), one reports a minimum withdrawal of £5 with no fees, and the other says there are no instant withdrawal methods. UK figures are in pounds and may not apply to a euro account.

MethodConfirmed for Irish accounts? What we can say
Debit cardsNot confirmedListed by UK third-party reviews; check the cashier
Bank transferNot confirmedListed by one UK review
PayPal and e-walletsNot confirmedUK reviews say they are not accepted; see our PayPal and e-wallet betting guide if this matters to you
Euro limits, fees and timesNot confirmedNot published on pages we could read; check before depositing

Whatever method you use, expect withdrawals to a method in your own name after identity verification. A small first withdrawal is a sensible test.

The welcome offer

We could not verify an Irish welcome offer. Lottomart’s UK page lists offers for new UK players only, each needing opt-in: a prize wheel awarding up to 500 free spins after at least £10 in cash slot stakes (the wheel must be used within four days, and spins played within 24 hours of claiming, with winnings credited as cash); 10 free lotto line bets after a £10 cash lotto purchase; and 10 free scratch cards after a £10 cash scratch card purchase, each claimed within 24 hours. Those are UK promotions and may not be available to you. A third-party review quotes a different structure, which shows how quickly these terms change. Read the current terms on lottomart.com in full, including time limits, qualifying stakes and any excluded payment methods. Our free bets and wagering explainer covers each condition, and our free bets hub lists offers we have checked. Free spins are a promotional credit, not a reason to stake more than you planned.

Safety and account controls

Lottomart’s UK pages list daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits, time-out periods, a Play Sense responsible gaming page, a funds protection policy and a complaints procedure, with links to GamStop and a UK support line. GamStop and the UK helpline apply to UK customers, not Irish accounts, and we could not confirm which Irish tools and signposts are shown. Set limits before you play and use time-outs when you need a break. For free, confidential support in Ireland, call the GamblingCare.ie helpline on 1800 936 725, and see our responsible gambling page.

Lottomart is a different kind of product from the sportsbooks on this site. If you want football, racing or GAA markets, the operators above are the relevant comparison, and our comparison for new customers ranks them. Lottomart’s confirmed Irish licence and strong Trustpilot score are real positives, but the 2025 UK settlement and the unverified Irish payments and offer hold its trust score at 3.

What Lottomart customers say (Trustpilot)

Lottomart’s Trustpilot profile showed a TrustScore of 4.5 out of 5 from 12,723 reviews when we checked, with 3,249 in the previous twelve months. 75 per cent of ratings were five stars and 8 per cent were one star. The business has claimed the profile since November 2018, has a paid Trustpilot subscription, and says it replies to all negative reviews, typically within a day. Positive reviewers praise game choice, promotions and free spins, easy withdrawals and helpful named support agents. The negative reviews we read complain about low starting spins for new customers, small wins, a 10 times wagering requirement on some winnings, and having to deposit before free spin winnings could be withdrawn. Business replies are often templated, including replies to five-star reviews.

Treat this with care. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews, not all are labelled verified, at least one recent review we saw read like promotional copy, businesses with paid profiles actively invite reviews, and most reviewers are UK customers, not Irish. A high score is useful context, not proof of how a dispute would be handled.

Irish gambling regulation context

Ireland is in the middle of a licensing transition. The Revenue Commissioners have licensed remote bookmakers since 2015, and the GRAI, created under the Gambling Regulation Act 2024, began issuing its own remote betting licences on 1 July 2026. Gaming (casino) licences are a later phase. That is why no operator on this site is presented as licensed for casino play by Irish customers, whatever UK, Gibraltar or other licences the same group holds. The National Lottery sits outside the GRAI regime and is regulated separately, so a lotto bet with a bookmaker and a National Lottery ticket fall under different rules.

Safety checklist before you sign up

  • Confirm the licence reference for the entity serving Irish customers: Maple International Ventures Ltd, reference 1022284 on the Irish Revenue register.
  • Look for a licence statement in Lottomart’s own Irish footer and treat it as the operator’s claim until you match it to a public record.
  • Find the payout table for each lotto bet and compare it with the official prize, so you know what you are paid if you are right.
  • Check payment methods, euro limits and times at the cashier, since we could not confirm them for Ireland.
  • Read the welcome offer terms in full before opting in, and check that a UK-only promotion is not being described to you.
  • Upload identity documents early and set a deposit limit at registration, not after you have started.

Dispute routes

Complain to Lottomart in writing first, keep copies of everything and give it a reasonable time to answer. The site lists a complaints procedure on its UK pages, but we could not read what applies to Irish accounts or confirm an alternative dispute resolution scheme for Irish customers. If a complaint stays unresolved, you can raise regulatory concerns with the GRAI, and for licensing queries about a Revenue-licensed bookmaker you can contact the Revenue Commissioners. Our responsible gambling page lists current support organisations.

Switching from another bookmaker

If you are coming from a sportsbook, note that Lottomart is a different product, so decide whether you want it in addition to your usual bookmaker or instead of it. Carry across your deposit limit, do not treat a new offer as a reason to stake more, and keep each account’s limits separate. If you only want to bet on sport, you probably do not need a lottery-led brand, and the operators in the table above are the better fit.

Who Lottomart in Ireland suits

Lottomart may suit adults who understand that a lotto bet is not a lottery ticket, who are comfortable reading payout tables, and who are happy to verify the Irish details for themselves. It is less likely to suit anyone who wants sports markets, anyone who wants confirmed Irish payment and withdrawal terms before signing up, anyone seeking casino play under an Irish licence, and anyone tempted to chase a draw result. Because the operator sets the payout table, its margin is built into every bet, so lottery betting is entertainment with a cost and not a way to make money.

Customer support

We did not test Lottomart’s live chat or email, and its help pages were not readable to us. The UK site lists a support phone line, and Trustpilot reviewers often praise named agents, though some negative reviews describe slow answers on bonus terms. Save chat transcripts and screenshots of any conversation about a deposit, withdrawal or bonus.

What to check before your first bet

Before your first bet, confirm on lottomart.com which offers apply to Irish customers, the payment methods and limits for your account, which lotteries and bet types are open to you and the payout table for the one you plan to use. Start with a small stake, verify your account before you need to withdraw, and read our guide on how to place a bet if you are new to bet slips.

Review methodology

This review is based on the Irish Revenue Commissioners’ register of licensed remote bookmakers (version dated 30 June 2026, read on 10 October 2026), the GRAI notice of intent for Maple International Ventures Ltd, the UK Gambling Commission public register, trade reporting on the September 2025 settlement and on Maple as the operating company, Lottomart’s UK-facing site, an Irish trade report on the National Lottery operator’s April 2026 campaign, a Dáil answer from 2018, the UK App Store listing, two third-party UK reviews (used as context only) and Trustpilot. Lottomart’s Irish pages, payment pages and help centre were not readable to our tools. Anything we could not verify is labelled as such. We hold no affiliate or commercial relationship with Lottomart at the time of writing.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lottomart licensed in Ireland?

Yes, as a remote bookmaker. Maple International Ventures Ltd, trading as WWW.LOTTOMART.COM, holds Irish Remote Bookmaker’s Licence reference 1022284 on the Irish Revenue Commissioners’ register (version dated 30 June 2026, checked 10 October 2026). It also appears on a GRAI notice of intent to apply, which is an application step and not a licence.

Is betting on the lottery with Lottomart the same as playing the National Lottery?

No. A lotto bet is a bet with the bookmaker on the result of a draw. You are not entering the official draw, prizes are set by the bookmaker’s payout table, and they can be lower than the official prize. Check the terms to see whether a product is a bet or a ticket purchase.

Has Lottomart been fined by a regulator?

Maple International Ventures agreed to pay £360,000 in lieu of a financial penalty to the UK Gambling Commission in an order reported on 17 September 2025, over anti-money laundering and social responsibility failings between mid-2023 and October 2024. We found no Irish regulatory action.

Can I play casino games at Lottomart in Ireland?

Not under the Irish bookmaker licence. Ireland does not yet have gaming licences, which are expected through 2027 and 2028. Lottomart advertises casino games on its UK pages, but we could not confirm what Irish accounts can access.

Does Lottomart have an app?

A UK iOS app exists and the site advertises Android too, but a search of the Irish App Store did not return it. Check your own app store and the seller name before installing.

What do customers say about Lottomart?

Trustpilot showed 4.5 out of 5 from 12,723 reviews, with praise for game choice and support and complaints about wagering on some winnings. Trustpilot reviews are unverified and mostly come from UK customers.

Final verdict

Lottomart has a confirmed Irish Revenue licence through Maple International Ventures Ltd, UK and Gibraltar licences, published responsible gambling tools and a strong Trustpilot score. Against that, the licensee paid £360,000 to the UK regulator in 2025 over money laundering and customer protection failings, we could only read UK-facing pages, the status of lottery betting in Ireland is openly contested, and its payments, offer and app are unverified for Irish customers. If you want to try it, understand that you are betting with a bookmaker and not entering the National Lottery, read the payout tables, verify the terms yourself, test a small withdrawal first and set your own limits. If you mainly want sport, one of the other bookmakers we review is the more direct choice.
